Furthermore, she helps her clients process their traumas not only on a cognitive level, but also on a deeper emotional and somatic/nervous system level. Through this process, her clients are able to come out on the other side being more freed up from their limiting beliefs and patterns, getting to liberate parts of themselves that may have been locked away in shame, and to let go of survival defenses that became barriers to the life and relationships they desire. Trinity believes that on the other side of our traumas and the survival strategies that confined us, we will find our strengths, resilience, enhanced sense of self-worth, a sense of purpose, and our core values; the things that brings us fulfillment and that which makes us come alive. In addition to trauma healing, Trinity also provides tools to help her clients integrate their newfound awareness and skills into their current life and relationships. This is the stage in therapy that Trinity is most excited about because she gets to help her clients expand into their full potential, ultimately helping them create a life that feels the most fulfilling and meaningful to her clients.
