ITS and Community Needs

Estimated Wait Time is Dependent On…

  • Your Insurance Company
Our providers are in-network with different combinations of insurance companies. Not all providers take all insurances. Insurances with fewer in-network providers in our office will result in a longer wait time.
For a list of insurances our office accepts, look here (see bottom of page).

Here at ITS, we understand the need in the community for mental health services is high, particularly during this trying and stressful time. We are doing everything we can to accommodate our community’s need.

ITS is always accepting new clients for our wait list. Our services include both in-person appointments and telehealth to best suit your circumstances.

If we are not able to accommodate your needs in accordance with your timeline, we recommend getting established on our wait list and looking for other providers who may be able to see you sooner.

We refer to Psychology Today for general mental health concerns, and Perinatal Support of Washington for pregnancy, postpartum, family planning, and infertility concerns.

For more information about being a new client with ITS or to get established on our wait list, please visit our New Client Page.

If you have specific questions, would like to know your wait time estimate, or would like a more specific referral, please contact the office.
