New Parent Support Group

Karina works collaboratively with individuals, couples, and teens using a systemic, strength-based, and solution-focused approach. She incorporates play therapy, art therapy, and psychodrama to help her patients express themselves. She enjoys helping the LGBTQ+ community and addressing concerns including trauma, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. Karina’s experiences have provided her a unique perspective which allows her to work well with military families and blended families. She emphasizes creating a safe, non-judgmental space to empower her clients.
