Dear ITS NW Family,
UPDATE: Pursuant to Gov. Inslee's announcement today (March 23rd), mental health clinics such as ours are essential and not subject to the Stay-at-Home order.
We will remain open. We will be conducting both face-to-face and telehealth (video) sessions. Group therapy sessions will proceed as normal. Please call the front office if you have questions.

Like so many of you, we have spent the last several days and weeks learning about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is impacting our world. While there have been documented cases in Pierce County and now the closure of schools, our office remains dedicated to understanding how COVID-19 affects our clients, employees and providers and making the necessary adjustments to our office routine. At this time, we are maintaining our regular business hours and continuing to schedule appointments with providers.
We have one objective that guides us, which is to keep you, our clients, as well as our employees safe. With that in mind, we wanted to keep you abreast of our response to the threat of COVID-19.
We take pride in the cleanliness of our office. Aside from our standard protocols, we have ramped up cleaning and disinfection in the common areas of our office, therapy rooms and therapeutic aides. We will continue to offer hand sanitizer at the front windows and in the waiting areas.
We are closely following the Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC) guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus. We have asked our employees to be diligent in washing their hands and to stay home if they feel sick.
In addition, we are asking our clients and their family members to help us in containing any potential spread. Please, call to reschedule your appointment without penalty if you or someone you are close to/live with feels unwell or feverish.
We will continue to closely monitor the situation and will do all that we can to protect our ITS family.
